CELEBRATION CAKES
Decadent and healthful, our cakes and sweets at P.S. & Co. aim to defy expectations.
Our 100% organic, 100% plant-based, 100% gluten-free, 100% kosher parve, clean-ingredient desserts not only taste good but feel good. The best gluten-free and plant-based cakes around!
Every component (except our fair-trade organic chocolate chips) is scratch-made in our kitchen by our pastry team. This includes every cream, jam, filling, and garnish!
We source organic flours (certified gluten-free as well), organic maple syrup and organic coconut sugar by default unless noted. The oils we use sparingly are organic cold-pressed extra-virgin coconut oil and olive oils. By the way, we also eliminate baking powder in our cakes to accommodate those with corn allergies, to name a few ways of how we do things differently!
All cakes are available in 6", 8", and 10" sizes. Please be sure to check the ingredients and note any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will confirm all orders including pick-up date and time, inscriptions, and special requests by email within 24 hours. Please plan at least 72 hours from the time of ordering until the expected pick-up date.
*CAKES MUST BE ORDERED BY TUESDAY, 3PM TO BE READY BY THE WEEKEND.

ORDERING & PICK UP INFO
**Cakes, cupcakes, baked goods are available for pick-up only**
* Cake order pick ups are available starting at 12 noon
If you'd prefer an earlier pick up time, please note it when ordering.
* We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for orders.
Please keep this in mind when choosing your requested pick-up date.
* Our daily ordering cut off is 3pm.
Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following day.
Please consider the 72 hour window starting the following business day.
WEEKEND orders must be placed by Tuesday, 3pm in order to be ready for Saturday/Sunday.
* We cannot substitute or swap out ingredients in our recipes.
These cakes are not suitable for those with nut allergies.
* Each cake is hand decorated by our pastry chef as a unique and special item.

If you have design requests, please note them when ordering.
*We are unable to ship any cakes, cupcakes, or baked goods.
* Once your order is placed, we will send a confirmation email from custom@psandco.com.
